Problem emission probability on green up-conversion luminescence in Er3+:BaTiO3 films? excite range and emission range?

I had research on emission probability on Er3+:BaTiO3 films. I excite with 980nm on BatiO3 thin film that using solgel coating with 1mol% Erbium doped and anneal at 600C.

but I could't find any emission properties on it. especially on range "500 - 700nm". any idea for the problems? thanks

I think you should introduce a little bit of Yb which is known as an activator alongwith Er3+. This would result in good emission. I will send you a recent paper on our where we observed the important role of introducing Yb also and which yielded good emission property. Probably the paper has been uploaded on the research gate, and you may find it, although it was on Bismuth titanate
