Price tag of CQDs?

I can found the GQDs and Inorganic heavy metal QDs as commercial products but I do not found CQDs as a commercial products anywhere. Do anyone know the price tag of 1kg of CQD? If still it is not came to market, can anyone explain the difficulties in commercialization of CQDs?

they are retail in small amount like nmol (10-100mg)

the kg scale market is so far not public, and fully dedicated to display

compagny such as nanoco, nanosys and QD vision are the main players on this market

even if price is not public kg amount very likely cost some 100k$
