I would like to model a pile for instance and add struts at different points (they will be acting as a wall) and then after the analysis. I would find the Forces. I will then cross check the forces with the Terzaghi and peck earth wall pressures (then finding the forces)
1.Will this be a correct prediction?
2. Is there a better way of comparing Terzaghi and peck earth wall pressures in PLAXIS?
I don't think, you will get the same earth pressure diagram as proposed by Terzaghi and Peck by predicting it using Plaxis. The earth pressure distribution diagram proposed by Terzaghi and Peck has many assumptions and the shape is not so idealized as proposed in real case.
I agree with the first answer. It is useful to note that the pressure diagram by T&P represents an envelope, or near envelope, of data collected by them for braced cuts. The actual pressure varies with many factors that occur during construction, including construction sequence, such as order of installing the struts or anchors or rakers and random aspects involved in their installation and preloading. Other though similar diagrams have been proposed for anchored walls, which can be found in various FHWA publications. It should also be noted that the pressure diagrams generally do not address the "active" pressure below the excavation bottom on the "driving" side. These can be found in some CalTrans (CA DOT) literature and the website deep excavation.com.

Even though I am not aiming at getting the exact same values, at least a clear prediction would be enough for an assumption to be made. Can I still go on with the current way or is there a better method in PLAXIS?
I think you may not be able achieve distribution of earth pressure along the depth similar to the Terzaghi and Peck.
There are several ways to extract earth pressure acting on the wall or shoring system.
1. Horizontal stress acting on soil element by cutting section
2. If you are using interface, interface normal force/tributary area
3. Beam element normal force/tributary area
Also make sure that how you are calculating earth pressure.

How do you go about the given procedures? Please can you site examples(or methodology-and I will do it to try), if available.
In plaxis output there is section cutting option, you can view digital data of horizontal stress at that section. For Beam element normal force, you just need to double click beam element, then you can view normal forces.

My model is also attached in 322.jpg attachment.
i think you are not cutting the section. if you cut a section it simply shows you the stresses with depth
