I am looking for software which can be used as a Powerful, efficient and user-friendly environment for tedious and lengthy symbolic mathematical calculations. Apart from simple algebraic equations, which can also have the ability so solve equations containing differential equations(ODES & PDES) and Integral equations as well. I only know about Matlab, Mathematica and maple if you suggest among these then which one is best?

OpenFOAM is designed so you can define your own problems, not "just" CFD. User-friendly, I'm not 100% sure but it ticks all the other boxes.
Dear S. Jaloudi thank you for your information but actually I am looking for a software which can deal with differentiation, integration, calculation and simplification of symbolic equations not only numerically but also analytically. I think GNU can't do that all?

Well, OpenFOAM should be:
"Open source Field Operation And Manipulation": is a C++ toolbox for the development of customized numerical solvers, and pre-/post-processing utilities for the solution of continuum mechanics problems, including computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
In the end continuum mechanics problems solve discretised versions of systems of PDEs, so, in theory it could be usable. However I never used it for such purpose myself, maybe look around online to see if there are any examples.
SPSS can be helpful beside Matlab is powerful tool
David Sziroczak you are right but actually I'm looking for continuous solution (exact) not approximate in discreet form. In clear sense I'm not looking for any numerical solver. But as for your recommendation I will try OpenFOAM if it is really helpful.

I think Mathematica is the best option for such Mathematical calculations.
