Possible causes of concentrated wear on the right bank of a diesel engine?

I am currently looking for the root cause of cylinder-piston-rings abnormal wear in Caterpillar haul trucks 793D. It is suspected that a possible cause is the installation of a system that modifies the injection timing for enhancing fuel economy, but It is remarkable, that the abnormal wear is observed mainly (90%) in the right bank of cylinders.

We need to know that the axis of the piston and rid is not at the center.

we made it in this way to reduce the noise caused by changing direction of the piston.
