Hello, I am trying to germinate pollen from a Brassicacae species and germinability is very low (different percentage of sucrose + H3BO3 + KNO3 + MgSO4 + Ca(NO3)), while DAB test showed almost 100% viability. The few grains that germinated have a strange pollen tube (see picture). I was advised to use a different growth medium. Any ideas?
