Around 600 data points collected 4-21-2013 for a undergraduate project looking at any possible basic environmental factors affecting the spread of HWA, and the survival of hemlock trees.
All data points are for western North Carolina, in Watauga and Avery counties.
All the live trees in the survey were found to have received consistent treatment with insecticide, those trees listed as dead have moderate to heavy infestations.
I'm not planning on doing anything else with this data, but I hope it may be useful to someone else.
The 'raw data' folder in the zipped file contains the point data in .kml (google earth) and .gpx formats, while the two excel files have tabular data with some minor analysis done.
