My organization recently implemented a restructuring of the entire components/departments in the company and in light of this, we are conducting a post evaluation of the decision.

Any reorganization should result in improved efficiency, productivity and improvement in operational profitability in my opinion. They may not all come at the same time, but why would you reorg if you can't quantify improvement to the bottom line?
