Recently I have submitted my thesis in the field of Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry. In my PhD project I was involved in establishing quality standards and anti-obesity studies of natural products/poly-herbal formulation. I wants to establish my career in a Pharmaceutical Industry. Please suggest me about the PDF so that I can build a career in Industry after it. Please also suggest me that I am restricted to only research in Natural Products or have a chance to other discipline like analytical, Immunology, Drug Regularity Affairs.

I too face with the same problem. I suggest you apply to some South Korean Universities or any other Asian countries like Taiwan. China is now becoming more and attractive as a post doc destination. That is a good starting point for a natural product chemists from India. Of course, that wont be easy and a lot will depend upon your publications. But I feel a year in as a Post Doc in any of the above counties will make path to some US or European Institutes a bit easy, at least that's my thinking at this stage.
Core Natural product Research (Isolation and Structure elucidation) in India is not in a very good shape with only a handful of companies and institutes doing it. So, if you had a really thorough PhD training in isolation and structure elucidation, I suggest you look for diversification in your first post doc..i.e. combine your basic skill set to some other say biology. But since your goal is Industry, I feel you learn medicinal chemistry. Isolation combined with med chem will widen your industry openings.

Check in Israel too few university are good for Natural product research.
