I headed the diplomatic phase of UNDP's Tunmen River Area Development Programme (a multilateral trade facilitation and infrastructure development project) and have first hand knowledge of the DPRK ports.
Of course! Thank you for your kind message. I've been working for the KRIHS in the South and used first-hand data on vessel movements passing through the North. I would be delighted to discussing with you. Lately with the KMI we updated former studies I've done with the KRIHS using a database running from 1977 to 2015. It is mainly statistical but we also work with consultants having worked a number of years in PY. It is now holiday time in France but we could plan a date to talk online for instance? Best regards, CD
Dear Cesar, I will actually be in Brussels on 4 May as I am on the Erasmus+ Expert Panel. I have not yet finalised my flights, but could, for example, return through Paris if you are not on holidays then. That should be before the big French summer shut-down. Regards, Michael
