The only way to make a serious decision is to rear this jewel in the lab and see what has hatched out. If you do so, try to take photos of all stages, better with a proper scale.
I believe it is "Ghost moth" (Hepialus humuli). The larvae are polyphagous and are able to feed on multiple types of plants. Larvae typically feed on the roots and can cause significant damage to the crops.
