I have been using picture this and plant net. But I found PICTURE THIS app most suitable.

Plantsnap seems to work well only for garden plants.

It depends a bit what you mean by identification. The image recognition apps among those mentioned above are average the last time I checked. The standard identification app in my view is iNaturalist still, though. There:

1) The image recognition is decent enough for common plants. In addition they have an ever increasing database of images for training the neural net.

2) There is a huge community of users helping you in identification. Also a considerable amount of experts in certain groups.
