I want to wear test my sample is pin on disk available commercially so that i can test as labs of NIT and IIT dont allow outsiders and our university dont have one

Some of NIT as NIT suratkal has wear test machine. If you don’t want to waste Money then you can directly contact professor on behalf of your supervisor. Further, Aligarh Muslim university also has wear testing machine and if you write mechanical professor then he may allow you I am sure. In addition, some industries had wear testing machine but they are costly it’s like 200 inr per sample.
so in my view, write a formal email and tell your problem to professor On behalf of your supervisor. I am sure that they would agree

We have Pin-on-Disc (wear testing) machine, but we charge outsiders for testing the samples. As Saif Wakeel said, you can appproach any one of the govt. institutions through proper channel for testing of your samples. Before that check where is the facility availabe in and around you, so that you can directly go and test the samples after the prior acceptance from them.
