I wonder if a piezoelectric material after changing vibration to electricity can use that electricity itself again for producing motion or vibration? or I need to use a capacitor for saving the electricity in order to use it again for producing a motion/vibration?

The concept of a perfect machine converting motion to electricity and back again in a sustainable continuum is fundamentally precluded by energy attrition. But if bilateral translation of motion and electricity on a shared piezoelectric platform consuming net energy is what you imply, then that is currently in practice with solid state Doppler probes. A capacitor would be necessary if you want to continue motion, designed not unlike an oscillator circuit. However, energy dissipation will occur over time and I am afraid you are not going to get an everlasting motion, despite whatever method you use to conserve energy; as beautifully explained by Dr. Shadpour.

If you want to use a piezoelectric as a sensor, it acts like a voltage source in series with an impedance. So if you put a capacitor (or any other electrical component) in shunt (or series) with PZT, then the performance of piezo will change, which shows the electromechanical coupling behavior of the material with the electrical network. This is a concept in probe optimization by designing a matching network.
Thank you very much for your responses. Actually I want to change a receiving subtle vibration into a designed subtle movement and I used PVDE as a receiver. However, if the piezoelectric polymer can use the produced electricity itself in the next step in order to perform a designed vibration that would be promising!
As far as I understand, you want to use the same received voltage in transmit. I don't know how to do that.
If your goal is to produce the same acoustic pressure as received, due to reciprocity equation don't forget to take the element electrical impedance into account. Transmit transfer function is different than received transfer function.
What you are describing is a piezoelectric transformer, and they are available.
