My model is
(7S^3-1.34S^2-1.78S+1.09)/(S^4-0.35S^3-0.71S^2+0.0028S+0.0005)
when i simulating matlab simulink to get open loop respose (To find T, Td,etc), i got only unstable output.
How i simulate the transfer function or any other way to find the tuning parameters.
If the system is nonlinear then how i linearize.
More over how to reduce the order.

Regarding the simulation unstable output, may be it is a simulation configuration issue related to solver, resolution, etc. I would recommend to review the examples available in Mat-lab Simulink before your work on this transfer function.
As you have a transfer function (obtained using Laplace Transform), the system is linear or has been already linearized.
