I've done some work in the UK alerting oncologists, clinical trial teams and other specialist treatment groups when their patients interact with other care providers in way that might harm their treatment and or the trial they are on.

I'm starting a discovery process to see if this is a more general problem and if it is causing real pain in the clinical world.
