I am teaching a course on quantitative methods for students studying to become presschool teachers. I am looking example papers that have used very SIMPLE analyses such as t-tests, pearson's r and chi2 in preschool settings. I want very clear and easy examples. For the group comparisons I preferably want just two groups and just one variable measured. These students come into this course with zero knowledge of quantitative methods.
Any suggestions?
Try the book Statistics Unplugged by Sally Caldwell. I think there is none better, and the book can be bought used for cheap.
