In literature, they have explicated the origin of luminescence in anatase TiO2 to the self-trapped excitons?
What's mean this radiative recombination?
In addition, what's the origin of luminescence in Ultra-violet for anatase TiO2 given that it's a semiconductor with indirect band-gap ?

The luminescence is due to the oxygen vacancies in anatase TiO2 .
Literature data show that optical properties of TiO2 significantly depend on the method of its synthesis and purification, the presence of dopants and defects in it, its surface state, and the way of its treatment. Photoluminescence spectroscopy as a highly sensitive tool to study the photophysics of the photogenerated species ( Oxygen Vacancies) we have investigated electronic properties of both kinds of TiO2 particles (anatase and rutile).

But the oxygen vacancies induces a luminescence in visible not in UV range?

To the best of my knowledge, the luminescence in anatase TiO2 particles is not only due to the self-trapped excitons. In fact, it could be due also to the radiative transitions within subgap levels originating from the surface (UV-range). This band is weak and it appears when the green photoluminescence band is reached.
