Dear Hafiz Taimoor Ahmed Awan, for the first part of the question, you have to specify this hybrid material so one can guess the possible precursors to prepare it. For the second part, the concept of synergy lies in the fact that a given property is much more ameliorated for a composite compared to the same property of individual components forming the composite.
