I am trying to open Bruker formatted DOSY experiments using Topspin, but I generally get a bunch of stack 1H spectra, even after setdiffparm, eddosy etc..
I suspect I'm missing something. Does anyone have any ideas?
This result sounds like what you get after processing the first dimension. You've then set the parameters for the second dimension processing but did you do DOSY2D to process the second dimension? I'm not sure what else could produce the described result. Topspin versions 1.X were buggy for DOSY but Topspin versions 3.X are OK. So my second guess would actually be about software.
I agree with Patrick. It looks like the processing in the DOSY dimension was not done. Just type dosy2d or in the eddosy window click on the icon that looks like a dosy plot.
