I am preparing synthetic sugarcane wastewater but in literature, the composition of minerals and trace elements are very diverse so want to ask on what basis should it be decided, is there any rule similar to CNP ratios? or any other source for deciding the Trace element composition?

- Are you interested in an "average" state or "extremes"?
- Is it for a particular geographic location or sugarcane processing plant?
- Are there particular nutrients in excess that are causing issues?
- Or is the oxygen demand the problem?

Why not take some wastewater samples and test them, then consider what is low/high for particular components and prepare several wastewater simulants?
Or...use the wasterwater directly. Why bother preparing a defined media when there is a regular supply of wastewater? If it varies with time of year, or from harvest to harvest (as you imply in your question), a consistent preparation of purified nutrients will not be as useful as the real thing, which is unlikely to ever be the same as a single recipe.
