On decision matrix

My adventure to fuzzy logic really worth it but as a student in this area I am confronted with the way forward after getting the decision matrix. With decision rule that produce [NB L B; HL HB VHL; VHB LL LB]. I get confuzed on the way forward from this stage. Can somebody give a direct procedure to the solution using any methods?
