Try Gilberg and Coleman's The Biology of the Autistic Syndromes.

For tuberous sclerosis, Patrick Bolton has published several papers reporting rates of autism and associations with tubers, epilepsy and genetic mutation. If you google the TS2000 study and Patrick's name the articles will come up.
