Obtaining the three-dimensional graph of the two-dimensional graph using the rotation matrix in matlab?

Hi everybody;

I would like to develop a code the three-dimensional graph of the two-dimensional graph using the rotation matrix from text data file in matlab.I have 2 column data in text file and I drawn a 2D figure.How can ı determine 3D figure from these 2 column data set ?
