Everything cannot be learnt online, may be when supported with more features it can.... however, there is nothing like Face-to-face which develops the bond between teacher and taught to higher level of delivery.

E-learning makes for convenience yet teacher-student physical interaction cannot be ruled out at all. It's a lot of learning for all concerned because 'to teach is to learn twice'. Mentoring is another great aspect for the young which is always better in physical contact rather than online. Role-modeling like mentoring is also important especially for females because of gender inequality. It is always good to see a great career woman mentor the young as well as be a role model for them.
