Everything cannot be learnt online, may be when supported with more features it can.... however, there is nothing like Face-to-face which develops the bond between teacher and taught to higher level of delivery.

Books, internet … have much information; however it is necessary to discriminate what is important. ... Teachers are required to do this by creating a good teaching atmosphere and asking the right questions. Teachers have to awaken interest.

E-learning makes for convenience yet teacher-student physical interaction cannot be ruled out at all. It's a lot of learning for all concerned because 'to teach is to learn twice'. Mentoring is another great aspect for the young which is always better in physical contact rather than online. Role-modeling like mentoring is also important especially for females because of gender inequality. It is always good to see a great career woman mentor the young as well as be a role model for them. Physical interaction of a teacher with students make for lasting memory especially if the teacher does a good job

Petra Hi... İt is too important physical interactions. Being role-model for teachers is really important especially for girl students in countryside.

Teaching is an activity very closely related to "Paternal Care-like" , the students are taught how to enrich with the learning and their application as part of the curriculum.

"enthusiasm for teaching" depends on how much the teacher empathizes to offer and nurture.
