In conclusion please let me argue that now the greatest need is in IT-study program revision, to find new ways for remote learning platforms. interdisciplinary -programs will become more widespread. Health care - study programs are under pressure as well:

The HEIs will go through a massive change in near future because of the current situation of Global Academic unrest. The new study programs have to take local interest more into consideration. The time has come to strengthen the local academic eco - system before thinking of going global.
