-In topic 1, the "comparison between" can be defined and determined based on the same types of data available in both time points: 2006 and 2020. In such a case it should be also reasonable to provide data and interpret them in between the period 2006-2020, revealing the evolutionary characteristics of the criteria of comparison decided.
-In topic 2, the research objective of "focusing on Curriculums of Pakistan" sounds too general, thus, preliminary definition and determination of the:
a) level of education: primary, secondary, b) courses compared: environmental, agricultural, vocational-technical, c) chronological development of curricula within a period in which data are available,
they can be considered. It is important the comparisons to be structured on one or more common (data)bases of analysis, accordingly. Besides, conclusions of generalized applicability should be challenged and drawn, beyond the Pakistani educational system.

Thank you for answer Grigorios Kyriakopoulos, when I was discussing with my one friend, he said me 1st topic is best but Pakistan Govt is still working on single nation curriculum not implemented yet.
So, i was just drawing sketch for proposal, when i heard still in planing , confused to select topic for Ph.d.
Kindly look into transportation aspect in both developed and developing countries. Thank you Scholar
