my challenge is to identify the Arabic language to Weka(configuraion)
How i can handle the Arabic text without unicoding problems?
The Arabic text appears like "??????????????" as the image file atached with this email,
I try to modify the RunWeka.ini to utf-8 without any solution
also i try to use a new text editor like (notepad++) without any solution.
I need Weka to be able to read or parse an Arabic text without any challenge with unicoding.
what i must do to build an arff file without difficulty in reading Arabic text by Weka Software to apply then algorithms.

In case you are working with text files containing non-ASCII characters, e.g., Arabic, you might encounter some display problems under Windows. Java was designed to display UTF-8, which should include arabic characters. By default, Java uses code page 1252 under Windows, which garbles the display of other characters. In order to fix this, you will have to modify the java command-line with which you start up Weka.
