My file containing my collections of literature s and my paper in, prep. vanished suddenly from the screen of my computer . pl suggest recovery ?

The author was preparing a paper on a ‘non-surgical treatment of nasal polyp. Suddenly (probably on tapping Enter button) all the contents disappeared. No computer specialists could help a recovery. Help to recover is requested?
