Multiplex PCR and the selection of dye combination in AB7500

I am using TAMRA in a multiplex PCR( FAM/JOE/TAMRA/ROX/CY5 AB7500). The problem we have is that TAMRA seems to be suppressed by other 4 dyes severely. We are trying to find the reason. Should we change a dye combination . Do anyone have some good idea? Please give me some advise. Thank you!

Are all dyes of same concentration? if yes, may be can try different combinations of concentration.
