Hello,
I am applying ordinal logistic regression on ordinal variables, however, the ORL does not meet the parallel line test, does the MLR fit as a replacement test?
Have a look at https://www.researchgate.net/post/What_to_do_with_a_failed_test_of_parallel_lines_in_and_ordinal_regression
Is there a way to examine the parallel lines assumption graphically without relying on a hypothesis test ? I've been wondering this for some time.
Please read the article: https://www.stata-journal.com/article.html?article=st0097
Faruque As Sunny , what are we supposed to learn from that article that answers the question ?
Dr. Salvatore, the article provided examples on how to deal with the parallel trend assumption violation issue.
