It depends on your audience (younger students, executives etc.) and the side of leadership training. For younger audience I may suggest the best movies of developmental leadership - The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (1988) - www.youtube.com/watch?v=uv443kADYPA
For executives you can use "Seven Samurai" (1954) by Kurosava. For becoming a leader your can find an old Soviet film "Chapaev" (1934) with English subtitles - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6KDKMgALps
Several of the movies both about Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela show brave solutions for leadership that can be relevant. The two links are only two examples. Several of the Mandela movies are equally relevant. Gandhi: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083987/ Mandela: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1057500/?ref_=ttls_li_tt Jale Minibas-Poussard Amal Alaradah
Jale Minibas-Poussard There is an old movie called Lean on Me. It is the story of a Principal at Patterson High School in New Jersey. While it is not academic in nature, there are some wonderful examples of leadership in the movie.
Amazing Grace and Invictus, which were mentioned by Amal and Kjartan, respectively, and Miracle + Lincoln (which an American colleague shows to his leadership students) are on this list of movies that provide insights into specific aspects of leadership: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls060618144/
If you want to showcase a woman or 2 as an exemplary leader, here is another list: http://www.movieleadership.com/2014/04/21/great-female-leaders-in-movies-part-one/
Meanwhile, movies such as Wall Street (1987) and The Devil Wears Panda (2006) reveal the dark side of leadership.
The Social Network (2010) and Steve Jobs (2015) are dramas about 2 of the leaders who are most admired by today's undergraduate students.
A Chinese movie “The Three Kingdons” is my favorite since it presents various types and perspectives in leadership. This movie is very popular so, I believe, it has English version.
If it's about leadership in strategy, I would recommend "Crimson Tide, Everest, and Saving Private Ryan". The key issue is on getting people to keep cooperating, collaborating, and coordinating with each other despite the challenges that suddenly and abruptly occur thus demanding for tactics/scheme be revised for achieving the aims. Even documentaries that report about failures are good sources for lessons learned in leadership.

I found Steve Jobs movie quite interesting in regards to leadership, especially that it was based on the bio of a real person. Jobs' persuasiveness and clear focus on goals and vision are well-presented in the movie, and his ability to rebound after failure is inspiring.
