We are witnessing monsoon season with risk of Dengue, Leptospirosis, Typhoid in India. Should we unduly worry about COVID preparation including COVID drill, RT PCR testing etc with milder diseases of recent mutant. Should we prioritize, plan limited resources for Community health.

Viruses really play havoc, mode of control and treatment is not certain. The menace in Indian created by tuberculosis and malaria can hardly be exagerrated. Diagnosis of tuberculosis is needed very earlyby diagnostics which are simple, sensitive, cost-effective and specific. The diagnostics for tuberculosis as put forward by this researcher may please be gone through.
