With the same parameters, however, I didn't get the same eigenvalues, (small displacement)I checked the state-space matrices lot of times but couldn't figure out the mistake. The obtained results are attached.Could anyone help or suggest a solution?

I'm working on the same article. I got similar results but not exactly the same as in the paper, and your results are much more accurate than mine. I think it is because some initial conditions are not given. For example, to have the matrix TV-1, we need the values of the bus voltage at the common reference frame, but for the values in Table II, the letters are in low-case, indicating the individual reference frame for each inverter.
I found another issue because the example proposed only considers pure resistive loads. However, the state space equations are generic considering inductive loads, so which value for L did you choose?
And the last thing, how did you calculate the Initial load current? The Q component should be 0?

Regarding the L value i used 1e-6 H and regarding the load current i used a simulink time domaine simulation to get It, the Q component is equal to 0 because the It is fixed to the origine of dq refrence.
