Hi everyone,

I am facing a problem of PDMS bonding with glass gets poor after I flow DI water through its channels via syringe pump. I think PDMS surface bonding weakens as it contact with DI water which then end up into poor bonding. I want to blow dry channels after each flow...so how I do it? We have N2 cyinder...does blow the air directly via inlet tubing? wouldn't it damage the bonded surfaces?
