MGL tools problem any suggestion..?

in MGL tools 1.5.6 version whenever i try to save the receptor in a pdbqt format using the options Grid-->Macromolecule--> chose The Python shell throws error stating that "EXCEPTION IN TKINTER CALLBACK" . Without solving this problem i can't really proceed further. Any suggestions ?

Hi Omkar

I think there's a problem installing python scripts through which the Autodock works.

So please try Re-installing the python scritps again.
