This style is used by "Angewandte Chemie Int. Ed." and many journals by Wiley. The "Angewandte..." style, which can be downloaded from the Web (csl format, used in zotero), does not support it.

Ivan- I am not sure if what you are saying is correct. For example, each reference included in PubMed has unique numbers for PMID, PMC and DOI. These numbers cannot be mixed or changed. If you place any of these numbers in a search engine such as Google or Yahoo, etc., you will get the corresponding publication.
What you are saying is not correct.
For your information, Mendeley is created and owned by Elsevier Not Wiley Publisher as per your question.

Dear Anton Vrdoljak, thank you for the guide. This is how to prepare your own style using Mendeley csl editor, but complex references 1 a) b) c) are probably still not supported in csl. As I can see, only Endnote may support this style. But Zotero and Mendeley, that are csl-based, are not.
