Has anybody got a Simple explaination of the Rattleback behaviour?
In some sense simple explanations may be found in two recent papers: Richness of chaotic dynamics in nonholonomic models of a celtic stone by Gonchenko, Kazakov and Analysis of Rattleback Chaotic Oscillations by Hanias, Stavrinides,and Banerjee.
These two values should be interconnected throufg integral of collisions. But I can not find a clear formula.
