See if you have a recently make update to some drivers or windows component.If not try to reinstall it again.

try to turn off windows firewall and then turn on Mechanical APDL. if there is no thing try to reinstall.  

the solution of this problem is so easy, what you have to do is just go to mouse setting and deactivate scroll inactive windows as shown here

My problem is with the solver for ansys mechanical apdl with win 10. Stopped with win 10. My ansys is V15. Thanks
