Free softwares you can work with are: Tanner tools, LT Spice, Cadence orcad and NI- Multisim.....

LT Spice has the advantage that the Standard book of CMOS  Analog Circuits by Jacob Baker has used the same software while explaining the stuff. Hence, it will be easier for you to implement the things.

HSPICE.And If you want to draw and layout then go for MAGIC or ELECTRIC.

OrCAD Capture + P-Spice are very good tools for this matter.
