Pls someone explain me how to install and open ENM tool and calculate AIC values. I followed the tutorial but could not install it in Perl.
I am new to R.
I found this R script, which calculates log likelihoods for distance versus seed number distributions. It might help.

H, I recommend you Joshua Banta's lab tutorials ( https://sites.google.com/site/thebantalab/tutorials). In the Spatial Distribution Modelling section there is a tutorial on how to install ENM tools as a standalone software , which is a little bit tricky, but it works. Regards. Mario
You could run R ENM tool libraries on web platform Wallace ( https://wallaceecomod.github.io/ ) too to get AIC scores of maxent models.
