Hi all, I am reviving this question here since I have not yet solved this spectral processing issue.
In Masslynx 4.1 I wish to generate the combined spectra of several chromatograms (about 350 of them). I can do this by clicking Process, Combine Spectra or by right click, hold and dragging over the chromatogram but it takes forever for each chromatogram. I have tried using "combine functions" / "combine all files" under tools but I cannot seem to open the created file in masslynx to view the spectrum - I am also not sure that I am locating the correct file to view whatever was created using these functions. Some assistance please. NB. I need a combined spectrum, 50-3000 m/z, of each of my chromatograms. Thanks in advance!
I am unsure about your question . Do you process GC/MS or LC/MS data? Do you wish to obtain the purified mass spectrum by a combine process from the same chromatographic peak in 350 different data sets ?what do you wish to do with the obtained combined mass spectra ?

I am processing LC-TOF-MS data. I wish to generate the mass spectrum froom 50-3000 m/z of each of the LC sample injections. I am then copying the spectrum list, m/z values and their intensities, to use on another analytical software program. The accurate mass m/z values and their intensities is actually what I require at this stage from each of the samples analysed.
