Hi,

Did anyone used the eluted product from tissue samples using the MagNA Pure 96 DNA and Viral NA Large Volume Kit to do RNA-Seq? As it does a total nucleic acid extraction, I was wondering if I can used the eluted product to do a RNA clean and concentration... although I am not sure if it extract all the RNA or just the viral one.

I wrote to the company but maybe someone knows the answer!
