Hi there I have got a problem that
symbol exists at the end of peptide sequence like this (CRLLKPLLC
) as shown in figure . I try to select the active residue of peptide as i want to make a protein - peptide docking using HADDOCK 2.4 web server. I don’t know what does this mean ? Is it a problem in peptide pdb file ? But I’ve checked it for errors and I didn’t find any error.

produces a line break/carriage return. It has nothing to do with the sequence just part of the web page.
Are you sure it was the active residue you selected? Sometimes using online server software requires you to be careful in filling in the required information, especially in docking analysis. So you have to know which is the active site and the native ligand that comes with the protein or which is the active site in which the ligand is in.
