I once used this file but have miplaces the filename. Here's an example of the contents:

chapadicolus -a -um from the environs of Lale Champlain, New York and Vermont USA

chaneti for L. Chanet, who found Sedum fimbriatum-chaneti

changuensis -is -e from Changu, Sikkim, India

chantavicus -a -um from Chantada, Spain

.......

I have the book, "The Names of Plants" by David Gledhill, but it omits many, many terms.
