We are a team at the University of Northampton researching this issue concerning staff:student partnerships. The involvement of students as partners, rather than just as participants, in research and innovation is increasing throughout Higher Education, and this raises new questions for practitioners. This project will gather experiences of staff and students in projects using such partnerships, to produce two types of deliverables: rich qualitative accounts of those involved in such projects (to be the base of dissemination presentations/workshops/ articles), and more abstract general principles derived from these, which will generate the guidelines concerning ethics and integrity to be suggested to the HE sector. The project combines reflection, application, and experimentation geared to the enhancement of teaching practice.

If you or your colleagues have been involved in such partnerships, we would be pleased if you would agree to share your experiences with us. We would like to collect your experiences by sending you a survey to complete, or by arranging an interview via skype. We would also like to access any articles, blogs, reports or such from these projects to find contact details of students and staff.
