I would like to introduce myself as Manikadnan N, Senior research associate from Syngene international ltd. I am writing this letter to explore the possibility of a Research Position at your research group. I completed my M.Tech and M.Sc in biotechnology Department at Anna University. My publication record includes articles in the peer-reviewed journals such as International Journal of Biotechnology and Biochemistry ,Indian journal of geo marine science, Indian journal of scientific and industrial research , Journal - Institute of Integrative Omics and Applied Biotechnology,.

My academic training and research experience have provided me with an excellent background in multiple areas of research including Structural proteomics by NMR spectroscopy, biotechnology, molecular biology, cell culture, protein expression, purification and Bio-analytical chemistry. As a scientist position holder at Syngene International Ltd., my research focuses on purification, NMR spectroscopy for identification and structural elucidation of desired large protein molecules. Since, I want to develop my experience in NMR , protein science, disease science technology, molecular biology and Bio-analytical biology. I worked in Dr,laksmikant ‟s lab at Syngene International ltd (Bristol-meyer squip- Biocon R&D center), bioanaltical department Bangalore. I handled various bioanalytical method and experience in identification, structural characterization and quantification of small and biomolecules in complex mixtures. Expert knowledge in advanced NMR methods to solve structure and dynamic problems of wide variety of small molecules and protein molecules ranging protein expressed and synthesized products, drug molecules, unknown molecules, impurities and other organic molecules. High expertise in NMR based metabolomics in identification and quantification of small molecule metabolites in complex biological samples (intact tissues, blood serum/plasma, bile, urine, saliva, cell extracts, cell media and others) which has major impact in delineating disease specific biomarkers in cancer research, nutritional studies and describing metabolic pathways. .

While working as a JRF at centre for marine science research (marine research centre MS university tamilnadu), I have developed notable Achievement for recover the radioactive element like uranium and thorium from mining area by using micro algae and pseudomonas sps through bioremediation technology, While working as a SRF at Herbo fluro biotech research centre centre I optimize Lab Scale Production of Pertussis Vaccine in B2 Medium with the Different Concentration of Bactacasamino Acid, Yeadt Extract & Soluble Starch. ,it was help high level vaccine production and hetrologous protein expression and purification by insect cell line culture. while doing project work UPASI tea research institute I have handled project inter and intra -specific variation of total seed storage protein and other metabolites in different tea clone. In this study we investigated to increase and improve quantity and quality of tea production. My overall experience allowed me to gain important laboratory skills and a solid foundation in bioanalytical, protein engineering and molecular biology research This work resulted in achievement of the top star award and galaxy award at Syngene international ltd (Collaboration with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Newyork - global BioPharma company)I believe that my academic training and five years of experience working as a senior research associate prepare me to be an effective researcher and instructor in your department.
