Our research group is doing framework and model establishment about hydropower projects from the perspective of external benefits and costs. We have established a feasible model and identified the data categories needed for case study. We have already calculated two case projects in China and hope to find some other scholars who can look up data in their own countries to collaborate our work together as a more comprehensive study about hydropower externalities.
