Here in our Institute, we are able to model, design, and characterize the PAs for low freq below 6 GHz.

We have facilities like:

1. Modelling and Simulation: ADS;

2. Characterize: VNA up to 13.6 GHz; Signal Generator; Spectrum Analyser.

3. On FR4 substrate fabrication is done.
