I work on mouse primary neutrophils and have found an interesting phenotype in my KO cells where there is significant upregulation of the decoy interleukin 1 receptor (IL1R2) to the plasma membrane despite these cells showing increased immunity in vitro / in vivo -https://doi.org/10.1182/bloodadvances.2020002782

Our lab has limited experience working with interleukin receptors and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to test the response of isolated neutrophils to IL1-alpha / beta.
